There are six lovely homely cottages becoming available within the Wisteria complex for the winter period from mid-September 2012 to April 2013. All cottages are fully equipped and are ideal for those requiring short term accommodation perhaps in between a house move or for persons moving to Guernsey that have not yet managed to secure a permanent property. There are four two bedroom cottages available at £1,200 and two one bedroom cottages available at £1,100 per calendar month all of which are inclusive of electricity, water and heating costs.
